Who processes the data
The data controller is Dinastia, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. You can reach us at info@dinastia.md or by phone at 060 983 052.
Processing is carried out under Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection.
What data we collect
Through the site forms: your name, phone number, the animal you are interested in and your message — only what you typed yourself.
Automatically: the page the request was sent from, the referral source and advertising tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), plus anonymised visit statistics.
We do not collect payment data: no payments happen on the site — you settle with the seller directly when you meet.
Why we need it
To call you back about your request, understand what you are looking for, confirm the animal is available and connect you with the seller. That is the only reason we ask for a phone number.
Anonymised statistics show us which pages are useful. They are not tied to an individual.
We do not send marketing messages to the numbers you leave, and we do not pass them to third parties for mailings.
Who receives the data
To the seller of the animal you enquired about — your name and phone, and only after we have spoken to you.
To the technical services the site runs on: hosting (Vercel), notifications (Telegram), lead journal and email (Google), analytics (Google). Their servers may be located outside Moldova.
To public authorities — only upon an official request in the cases provided by law.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to three years.
You can ask us to delete yours sooner — email us and we will delete it within one business day and confirm.

The site uses technical cookies and analytics cookies. Saved listings stay locally in your browser.
Analytics cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold, correct it, request deletion and withdraw consent. An email to info@dinastia.md is enough.
